Heavenly Hair Foam Lotion is designed to give more body, more sheen and more bounce than you've ever thought possible. It can be used for blow drying, setting and for the twisted and molded styles. It's anti-flaking and fast drying to keep hair looking and feeling simply heavenly!
After shampooing and conditioning with Heavenly Hair shampoo and ILC, foam into palms of your hands and apply throughout the hair, comb through and style as desired. If you are doing a set, apply to area that you are setting and then proceed section by section.
