Ashtae Shades of Essence is a semi-permanent hair color that is colorfast and will keep its orginal color without fading or running, and it will not stain or bleed. Shades of Essence can be used as often as needed and has no peroxide or ammonia. It is recommend that it be used directly after relaxers. It can be used on all types of hair and will cover hair that is 0-80% gray when used directly after relaxer. The ebony black color will not leave a green or yellow cast because base color is violet.
