Michael and Ramona Woods are the President/CEO and CFO respectively of
ASHTAÉ Products, Inc., a multicultural hair care distribution company located
in Greensboro, North Carolina.  They have been married for sixteen years and
have two daughters, Taylore 15 and Ashley 13, and have been in busineess
together for 14 years.  Michael grew up in Ayden, North Carolina and attended
4 years of college at A&T State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Ramona grew up in N.W. Miami, Florida and received her degree from Brevard
College and then attended 2 years at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
The two of them enjoy traveling around the world and experiencing the finest that
life has to offer.  They were inspired to write this book by all of their clients, and
motivated through their own personal experiences.  They hope that people who
